MOSS Magazine Issue #7 - July 2010

Issue #7 of MOSS, Your Monthly FLOSS Magazine is here. This is a special issue and it has kept us from releasing it on schedule. We had to jump out of our release cycle due to many reasons and we believe that this issue is a testament that certain short comings are not without compromise and betterment.
We're in the process of organizing our Magazine project and developing guidelines and standard operational procedures so that it's processes are streamlined to the best that we can work with. And inspite of the short delay, we're glad to present you with some very interesting articles that are packed with up-to-date information and facts.
We've also classified articles based on experience levels. Although we haven't yet come up with a procedure on how we classify them, we're currently working on it and hopefully those will be detailed on the next issue and the website.
We're also dealing with some legal aspects of the magazine and the articles as well as on attributing to the content that are borrowed for the articles. We believe that all the content should be attributed properly and that there should not be any problems with us publishing the articles that contain those content.
This issue's featured article is on Gaming. Debunking the myth about lack of good quality games and the trouble with actually getting to play one on your computer. More than a dozen great games are highlighted and talked about.
There's also reviews on some major applications out there. So watch out! We hope that you will find this issue interesting, educational and full of information. Cheers.
